Welcome! Here’s how to start…
We both know seeing a new stylist can be scary, so let us help ease the nerves. We love to consult with you, we have high levels of education and truly aim to please. We will take our time to navigate your first and all future appointments to ensure you get exactly what you need at each visit. We love teaching tricks and tips on how to style your hair based on your lifestyle and goals. We would love the opportunity to serve you and can’t wait to meet you!
Not sure what to get or where to start?
Book an in person consultation! We will go over what will go best with your skin tone, eye color, and lifestyle.
Step 1: Click virtual consultation to get started. This gives us an idea of what you are starting with and what your desired look is. Not tech savy? That’s ok! Give us a call and we will take care of the rest. If we aren’t able to answer right away we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Step 2: After you complete the virtual consultation, we will call and/or email you to chat about booking a consultation or consult over the phone to get a better idea on which services you will need. Then we will book your services. We do require a card on file (encrypted) for all new guests and a $25 deposit to hold your appointment. Cash deposits are also accepted in lieu of card on file. We will add the deposit towards your services the day of your appointment. The deposit is non refundable. If you don’t call within our cancellation window and don’t come to your appointment we will keep the deposit. See cancellation police here.
Step 3: The day of your services we will analyze your hair, go over service options and give a quote for services (if desired) before we begin.
Step 4: After services are completed we will take photos to use on social media and in other promotional ways. We will also show them to you first.
