How much will my service be?
- The best way to get a quote is to come into the salon for a consultation.

Why can’t I get a quote over the phone?
- Prices vary depending on length, thickness of hair, and if any correction is needed. Pricing is also tiered by levels. Any quotes over the phone, are starting prices and will likely be more than what you were originally quoted.

What if I don’t care for the products I purchased?
- We love our products and hope you will too. If you do not like your products after a few uses and we have reviewed proper usage, we will gladly it trade out for another product.
 

Do you travel for weddings?
- Yes! Call the salon at 315-991-8095 or message us on Facebook, to reserve your date and set-up a trial appointment.

 

Why do I have to leave a deposit for an appointment?

- When booking online, a deposit secures the booking. Due to the high percentage of no show / last minute cancellations, unfortunately this is a precaution we must use.

Why are products so important?

- Before a service, they will prepare your hair by lowering porosity and balancing ph. This helps the hair to receive the color for the best possible longevity and results.
- After a color service, Redken and Pureology help to retain your color, help with shine, manageability and reduce fading. Over the counter shampoos have a much higher pH which results in your color going down the drain; fading after every use. Without the use of our products, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE LONGEVITY OF A COLOR SERVICE.
