Appointment Guidelines and protocols


COVID-19 RE-OPENING INFORMATION

As of June 1st 2021, These are the appointment guidelines at Image Solutions Salon:

  • Employees nor guests will be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms or a fever of 99 degrees or higher. 

  • Cancellation policy will be waived for those that call ahead to cancel.

  • If you do not call ahead to cancel we will charge 50% of your appointment fee booked on our schedule.We cannot allow no call no show appointments. Thank you for your understanding and willingness to call ahead to cancel or reschedule.  

  • New guests will be required to give a credit card as well as a $25 deposit to reserve an appointment.

  • Guests will be served by appointment only

  • Am appointments before 2pm guests will need to call or text the salon number upon arrival (please let us know if you don’t have a cell phone). If we are unable to answer the phone please pop in to let us know you have arrived.

  • If the salon is at capacity, guests will receive a text or call when they can enter the premises, as you may be waiting in your car

  • Guests will be greeted at the entrance

  • Employees and guests will receive a temperature check prior to entering premises

  • The number of guests on premises will be limited to ensure 6ft social distancing  

  • No persons will be allowed to sit in the waiting area, as it is closed

  • Stations will be at least six feet apart

  • Employees and guests will wear protective face-masks. If you don’t have a mask we will provide a disposable one to you for $2.

  • All equipment used by a service provider will be sanitized between guests

  • Guests will be expected to wash their hands or use sanitizer upon entering the salon company

  • Doors and exits will be routinely sanitized

We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home/rescheduling your appointment if you’re feeling sick. Symptoms may appear 2–14 days after exposure and include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you are healthy, we look forward to seeing you with your protective face mask!
